The scale of Mount Baker is confounding. It is over 100km away from Victoria, but on a clear day, it’s so apparent and clear on the skyline, it looks like I could walk there. It dwarfs the lighthouse at the end of Sidney Spit, so much closer by comparison.
The original 18×24″ acrylic on canvas painting has sold, but this similar 16×16″ original oil on canvas is still available; as are prints on canvas or paper.
