We use Canada Post for orders that require shipping, with a few exceptions for large or international packages. Please expect 6-8 weeks for delivery.
If you are picking up locally, we will contact you to set up a time you can pick up your merchandise, at our location near Cook and Hillside in Victoria, BC.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and will accept returns for exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your purchase, and returned in like condition.
If your product is damaged, please contact our office and we will inform you of our return process. We require written notice, accompanied by one or more photographs of the damaged area, before it is returned. It is recommended that you insure your return package and send us a tracking number, as we are not responsible for items being lost or damaged during return transit.
If you’re not completely satisfied with any undamaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit. If you choose to have your money refunded, please note that shipping and handling costs (both original and return) will not be refunded.
