Shipping:
We use Canada Post for most orders that require shipping, with the exception for international packages (DHL), or some deliveries on Vancouver Island or the Lower Mainland (Maximum Courier Express). Please expect 6-8 weeks for delivery.
If you are picking up locally, we will contact you to set up a time you can pick up your merchandise, at our location near Cook and Hillside in Victoria, BC.
For orders more than $100 on items that are 30×40″ or less, we offer free shipping within Canada, and a flat rate of $50 to the United States.
Return Policy:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and will accept returns for exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, and returned in like condition.
If your product is damaged, please contact our office and we will inform you of our return process. We require written notice, accompanied by one or more photographs of the damaged area, before it is returned.
To make a return, repack the item in the packaging it came in, and get in touch. We will supply you with a return label you can print and place on the item. You can then take the item to a local shipping center or post office to return it to us.
